Nicki Minaj set to judge ‘American Idol’?

Oh dear, one can only wonder what insight Nicki Minaj would give the new contestants of American Idol. Perhaps she’ll educate them on the aerodynamics of starships lol. Word along the grapevine is that that ‘Starships’ hitmaker is set to be a judge on the upcoming season of Idol, which would see her joining newcomer Mariah Carey and Randy Jackson. I’d watch it just to see Minaj go head-to-head with Carey! It would be the ultimate battle of the big-breasted bitches.

A source has  told UsMagazine.com, “I’m not sure the deal is completely done yet, but yes, she is definitely doing it. A few more slight things to sign off on but it is happening.”

If this news is true, it would probably explain why Minaj had postponed a few dates of her upcoming tour. She turned to twitter addressing her fans as “barbz” saying,  “I now have 2 (sic) start the Fall tour a bit later than originally planned… When the barbz find out ‘why’ I’m starting the fall tour a bit later, they will be VERY happy.”
